Enrique Pearce established Pearce Law Offices in 2007 to provide high-quality, cost-effective legal representation in the areas of employment, labor, and contract law.

Mr. Pearce received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northwestern University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law. During law school, Mr. Pearce served as Senior Projects Editor for the California Law Review and Senior Articles Editor for La Raza Law Journal.

In 2005, Mr. Pearce and several other attorneys founded Gonzalez & Leigh, LLP, a litigation law firm. As a Partner at Gonzalez & Leigh, LLP, Mr. Pearce was responsible for building the firm’s employment practice and representing clients in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle blower, and wage and hour cases.

Mr. Pearce served as lead counsel on the first wage and hour class action lawsuit to be filed based on violations to the San Francisco minimum wage law—a case that was eventually settled for $1.35 million.

As a litigator, Mr. Pearce has represented numerous businesses and organizations including Memorex Products, Inc., Warfield Theater, LLC, VegNews Magazine, United Staff Association, Shanghai Triumph, Inc., the Green Party of California, and the Tegal Corporation.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Pearce has worked in and around politics and government in San Francisco for the past decade. He has worked as a legislative aide to members of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and has been regularly hired as a political consultant on a number of campaigns including races for school board, judge, board of supervisors, city attorney, and mayor.
